Keyence 3D-Camera Integration with EyeVision EVHD

The EyeVision EVHD (EyeVision Virtual Hardware Device) enables integration of a Keyence 3D-Camera with the EyeVision machine vision software.

EVHD acts as a bridge between the Keyence camera driver and the EyeVision software environment, making 3D image data available for processing and analysis. Image acquisition within EyeVision is handled through the VIC (Video Input Channel), an abstraction layer for industrial vision hardware such as a Keyence 3D-Camera. Through this VIC interface, 3D data is standardized and delivered to the EyeVision image processing tools for measurement and inspection tasks. This enables the use of a Keyence 3D-Camera in machine vision applications such as 3D inspection, metrology, and industrial automation.
