Coolens DTCM110-120H-AL – 120 mm bi-telecentric C-mount lens

The Coolens DTCM110-120H-AL is a high-resolution bi-telecentric machine vision lens with a nominal 120 mm field of view. With a magnification of 0.138×, this 1" C-mount lens is designed for accurate dimensional inspection and measurement applications using machine vision cameras with sensors up to 1". The lens supports resolutions up to 20 megapixels and is suitable for sensors with pixel sizes down to 2.4 μm.

The bi-telecentric optical design helps minimize perspective errors and optical distortion, allowing contours and dimensions to be represented accurately across the image. The DTCM110-120H-AL is suitable for applications such as dimensional inspection, edge inspection, diameter measurement, component positioning and precise contour inspection.
