DTCM110 1" Bi-Telecentric Machine Vision Lenses

The DTCM110 Series consists of bi-telecentric C-mount lenses for machine vision cameras with sensors up to 1". The series combines high optical resolution with low distortion and is designed for precise measurement and inspection applications.

Different magnifications and fields of view are available within the series. Nominal object fields range from approximately 26 to 300 mm, making the DTCM110 Series suitable for both relatively small components and larger inspection areas.

The lenses are designed for high-resolution industrial cameras and can be used with sensors featuring small pixels. The combination of telecentric imaging and low distortion provides reliable reproduction of contours and dimensions, which is important for applications such as dimensional inspection, edge measurement, positioning and shape inspection.

All standard models in the DTCM110 Series feature a C-mount interface. Working distance, magnification, field of view and depth of field vary by model, allowing the lens to be selected according to the required measurement resolution and available installation space.
