IDS Nion 3D iToF Camera (1.2 MP, 940 nm, IP67)

The IDS Nion 3D camera is an industrial 3D machine vision camera based on iToF technology with a resolution of 1.2 MP (1280 × 960). Using 940 nm laser illumination, it delivers reliable depth data in both indoor and outdoor environments. With a field of view of 71° x 57° and a working range from 0.3 to 7.5 meters, it is well suited for robotics, logistics, and 3D inspection applications where stable and accurate depth information is required.

The integrated onsemi AF0130 Hyperlux sensor minimizes motion blur by buffering all phase exposures directly on the sensor, ensuring stable measurements even in dynamic scenes. Predefined working modes allow fast configuration for different depth ranges and accuracy requirements. The compact IP67-rated housing with robust M12 connectors supports reliable industrial integration, with power supplied via external supply or PoE++.
