The MVA Datalogic Impact Basic On-Site Training is a three-day machine vision course delivered at your company for up to four participants. It is designed for technical teams that want to independently configure, program, modify and maintain Datalogic Impact vision systems.
Before the training, we discuss your team’s experience, the Datalogic systems in use and the main training objectives. If agreed in advance, your own products, inspection images or application questions can be included in the practical exercises. This ensures that the training connects directly with your company’s daily work and machine vision applications.
During the training, your team will learn how to build a reliable inspection application. Topics include application analysis, Field of View, pixel resolution, inspection accuracy and the selection of the camera, sensor, lens and lighting. Working distance, optical resolution, contrast, reflections, exposure time and motion blur are also covered.
Participants build inspection applications in Datalogic Impact VPM and create a simple operator interface in CPM. The practical exercises cover presence inspection, position and orientation inspection, measurement, label inspection, barcode and DMC inspection, and pass/fail inspection. Triggering, digital I/O and communication with a PLC or machine control system are also included.
The training is suitable for users of Datalogic P2X and P3X smart cameras and MX-E vision systems. After completing the training, your team will be able to independently set up, test and modify basic Datalogic Impact applications and send inspection results to a machine control system.
The on-site training combines technical instruction with practical examples and hands-on exercises. Course materials, training images, practical exercises and Datalogic Impact example programs are included. Travel and, where applicable, accommodation costs are calculated separately based on the training location.
