Datalogic MX-E25 Vision Processor, 2 Ports
The Datalogic MX-E25 Series of industrial vision processors provides high-performance image processing with flexible GigE multi-camera connectivity. The MX-E Series allows users to choose the level of system performance and complexity based on their application needs. Three different MX-E models are available, each featuring modern processors and high-speed PoE (Power over Ethernet) camera ports. This MX-E vision processor is equipped with PNP digital I/O and powers up to 2 Gigabit PoE cameras. The complete IMPACT software suite is included for flexible application configuration.
The Datalogic MX-E25 is the entry-level model in the MX-E Series and can connect up to 2 cameras. It offers a cost-effective way to move from smart camera applications to an industrial vision system with separate processing hardware.
The MX-E25, together with Datalogic IMPACT, forms the basis of a Datalogic Impact vision system. The processor handles image processing, runs the inspection application and connects the cameras with the machine I/O.
This MX controller can be integrated directly into a production line or machine. When selecting the right controller, the number of cameras, required image processing, trigger and I/O signals and communication with the machine control all need to be considered. With the right setup, the controller can be used as a compact inspection solution that you can integrate yourself, without building a full PC based vision system.
