Datalogic MX-E45 Vision Processor, 4 Ports
The Datalogic MX-E45 industrial vision processor provides high-performance image processing with flexible GigE multi-camera connectivity. The MX-E Series allows users to choose the level of system performance and complexity based on their application needs. Three different MX-E models are available, each featuring modern processors and high-speed PoE (Power over Ethernet) camera ports. This MX-E vision processor is equipped with PNP digital I/O and powers up to 4 Gigabit PoE cameras.
The Datalogic MX-E45 is a rugged and compact industrial vision processor with a multi-core processor that can connect to up to 4 cameras. The MX-E45’s long-life embedded components provide a robust and reliable vision system for critical inspection applications.
The MX-E45, together with Datalogic IMPACT, forms the basis of a Datalogic Impact vision system. The processor handles image processing, runs the inspection application and connects the cameras with the machine I/O.
When selecting an MX-E45, the number of cameras, required image processing, trigger and I/O signals, and communication with the machine controller all have to be considered. This determines whether the processor has enough capacity for the application and can run reliably in the production line. These system choices are part of machine vision system integration.
